PACKAGING

All handcrafted designs by Ailish McElroy McElroy will be carefully wrapped in protective packaging for shipping as required.

COLLECTION FROM THE STUDIO

Purchases can be collected from the studio by appointment – just select this option at checkout and contact info@ailishmcelroymillinery.com to arrange an appointment. 

DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND

Ordinary post with An Post – all beanies and caps can be delivered by An Post at a cost of approximately €2.50 to €5 depending on the number of items being purchased but please note that there is no tracking facility with this option. Alternatively, postage with a tracking option can be selected with An Post at a cost of €9.

Shipping by DHL is approximately €10 (the exact cost will be calculated by DHL depending on size and your address).

With hat-hire, you will also have the option of purchasing your return shipping with DHL at the time of booking your hat-hire, in which case you will receive the pre-printed shipping label and instructions to arrange collection. Return delivery for hired hats is normally €20.

Delivery time with DHL is 1-3 working days.

When your order is sent via DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can track your orders progress online using the DHL website. We cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS

Ailish McElroy Millinery can ship to anywhere in the world but please note that the prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties or taxes. Therefore we would advise non-EU customers to check what taxes & duties may apply to their purchase before checking out. See below.

When you have finished selecting your items and go to the checkout page, the shipping rate will be calculated for you when you have entered your shipping address. 

Delivery prices vary, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Please contact info@ailishmcelroymillinery.com if you would like assistance in calculating the best available rate for shipping to your address by postage or courier.

Please note that all taxes and import duties shall be a matter for the purchaser who will be liable for same. Therefore we would advise non-EU customers to check what taxes & duties may apply to their purchase before checking out.

PLEASE NOTE

We may be able to post smaller items through the postal service rather than courier which may be a cheaper option so please contact us and we can estimate this for you.

A delivery service for hat hire is not available for overseas. 

All taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and Ailish McElroy Millinery shall not be liable for same. Ailish McElroy Millinery is a business located in Ireland for tax purposes and items purchased from this website are sold on the basis of Delivered At Place (DAP) otherwise known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
